Role - Head of Compliance / Insurance Director Responsibilities

Responsibilities:-

• Responsible for ensuring FCA go-live compliance state will be achieved

• Implementation of all policies and procedures
• GDPR compliance

• Compliance and Risk monitoring and oversight
• Responsible for Complaints function and associated improvement plan

• Directly responsible for all Regulatory contact
• Ensure Compliance culture is embedded and evidenced

• Management of Compliance sign off for all policies and procedural documents
• Responsible for implementation of framework

• Resource planning, recruitment and staff development • Establish relationships with underwriters Qualifications / Skills

• Cert II or equivalent

• 10 years + experience in the insurance industry

• Analytical, compliance driven individual

• Highly organised, good communicator, able to support and coach junior team members

• Strong verbal, written, and organisational skills
