ur client a Manchester based long-standing brokerage, is seeking a Commercial Insurance Broker with Team Management experience. This is a new role and has come about due to expansion
The role is to look after a team of about 8/10 account handlers and ensure they are motivated and on top of their deadlines.
The ideal candidate will have worked as Team Manager or Broking Manager and will have had experience in meeting deadlines as well as being technically strong.
Candidates who possess strong people/customer services skills, are preferred. Good Progression with CII exams is also a must, along with the ability to assist junior brokers technically and train them up, so they know how to cover the Market properly when broking.
