The Yes Agency was started in 2013 and has gone from strength to strength, thanks to the support of the General Insurance Market.

The Owner, Yvonne Eddleston has worked in Insurance recruitment for over 25 years, always focusing on General Insurance. Yvonne worked at an Insurance Brokerage for 12 years and then moved to an Insurance Recruitment Agency as an Assistant to the Senior Consultant there. When he left, Yvonne began working as a full-time Recruitment Consultant for the General Insurance Industry. She had two other moves before joining Reed Insurance Recruitment, where she worked from July 1999 to 2012 and won Top UK Permanent Consultant three times.

Yvonne has built up a number of very strong connections with both clients and candidates in the Insurance Industry and this she believes is down to listening intently to what both clients and candidates want, being open and honest and knowing her “market” extremely well.
