Our client is seeking an administrator with a minimum of five years Insurance or Compliance administration experience to work in their Warrington Office
This team provides customer service and administrative support on a specific contract for a key client of this brokerage..
The Team is critical to this contract to onboard high volume Appointed Representatives for our client.
Our customer service Administrators will play a crucial part in this by processing and undertaking administration duties in a timely and accurate manner which supports the overall delivery of the contract.
You’ll be:
- Conducting Inbound and outbound customer contact strategy
- Managing and reviewing records against set criteria
- Processing changes to database records and administering requests accurately,
- Ensuring contact management systems are kept up to date.
- Meeting agreed productivity requirements along with processing data accurately so the quality is right first time.
- Ensuring deadlines are met, customer expectations are exceeded and procedures are adhered to for every process, with accurate record keeping maintained throughout.
- Taking full ownership of queries and following them through to a successful outcome.
- Working 35 hours per week
o Our administrators work 9am - 5pm Monday to Friday.
- Please note this role will be predominantly office based but there may be a requirement to work from home in line with Government guidelines
- To be successful in this role you'll need:
o Previous administration experience gained in General Insurance or Compliance
o Microsoft Office skills
o Excellent attention to detail
o Strong levels of accuracy
o Excellent verbal and written communication skills
