Description
Our client an independent Manchester Brokerage is seeking a Senior Commercial Broking Team leader.

The role is to manage and motivate a commercial team of not very experience account handlers and brokers.  The size of the team is approximately 12.

The ideal candidate will have excellent team leader/management or assistant team leader experience and will be interested in progressing through the management ranks with this highly reputable city centre brokerage

Experience required includes:-

Commercial Account Handling or Broking experience (candidates from a commercial underwriting background will be considered if they have good team leader/management skills)

Acturis knowledge would be highly advantageous

Proven experience in motivating and focusing staff

Progression with CII exams would be extremely helpful
