- Role Purpose Develop the Company’s insurance offerings, including the creation of abespoke scheme for aesthetics practitioners and drive growth through the acquisition of newcustomers.Key Duties • Create, develop and manage relationships with insurers and underwritingagencies to ensure the company has access to the products its customers’ need on terms that make itcompetitive• Develop and manage a pipeline of new customers• Provide expert advice to customers on their insurance needs• Support the Director in developing broking operations‘Must have’ Skills and Experiences‘Nice to have’ Skills & ExperienceOur Client, a multinational company is looking for a BDM to join their growing Insurance Division in Warrington. The ideal candidate will come from a General Insurance Commercial background and will be looking for an opportunity where he/she can get involved in growing a division, which may lead to board level participation and shares.
They must be willing to participate in growth ideas, product build, relationships/insurer builds and building a team.
The ideal candidate will have:-• A desire and drive to be a part of creating something new and disruptive• Ability to challenge norms and deliver solutions• At least 2 years’ experience of advising commercial customers on their insurance needs• Excellent sales skills• Expert understanding of the insurance market and products• Experience in medical malpractice insurance• An interest in the aesthetics industry• Established relationships with insurers and/or underwriting agencies• Ability to work independently and manage own workload• Loyalty• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills• A passion for customer service• Relevant insurance related qualification (i.e., Cert CII, Dip CII, ACII)• Experience of creating and managing delegated authority schemes
