- Role Purpose To manage the end-to-end customer relationship, ensuring all insurance needs are assessed and fulfilled from initial quotation through to repeat renewals.Key Duties • Providing expert advice and excellent service to our customer on all their insurance needs• Work closely with the wider Group Sales Team to ensure we maintain a joined-up approach to customer acquisition and management• Converting inbound leads• Identifying opportunities for new business, working closely with the Group Sales Team and Insurance Development Manager to create and deliver growth• Working with our insurer panel to arrange quotations, bind cover and administer required documentation• Maintaining accurate records of customer accounts and interactions• Supporting customers in the event of a claim• Managing and administering renewal invitations to maximize retentions‘Must have’ Skills andExperiences• A desire and drive to be a part of creating something new and disruptive• Ability to challenge norms and deliver solutions• At least 2 years’ experience of advising commercial customers on theirinsurance needs• Excellent sales skills• Ability to work independently and manage own workload• Loyalty• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills• A passion for customer service• Expert product knowledge‘Nice to have’ Skills &Experience• Experience in medical malpractice insurance• An interest in the aesthetics industry• Relevant insurance related qualification (i.e., Cert CII, Dip CII, ACII
