Account Executive
Very open minded with regards to this role, a handler who has been promised the opportunity to ‘step-up’ to an Account Exec position, but maybe never materialised. An Account Executive who has been in a role for 12-18mths and empty promises on development, existing book etc.
As mentioned, this will come with an existing book of well-established clients. This client has a retention rate of well in excess of 96% that we are particularly proud of. The right candidate would be given a ‘book’ of somewhere between £100k - £125k income, the main goal of this book is to establish growth via the existing clients. Obviously, that book is to be added to via new clients too, but no specific pressure to do this
On top of the above - the MD would construct a specific bonus for the right candidate – two pronged, their personal performance as well as branch growth – if over the agreed qualifying criteria, they’d be paid on both sections.- If a well established Account Exec then a Company Car or if they have their own car then a monthly allowance of sorts toward the running of that would be agreed
