- Description
Our client is seeking a Commercial Team Manager for their team of mid to corporate commercial account handlers. The ideal candidate will have strong technical knowledge but will also be able to mentor and assist junior staff.
A good background in commercial broking, ideally a minimum of 10 years and the ability to deal with ernewals, MTAs and New Business broking is a must. The Team Manager role is mainly ensuring that the junior staff are assisted with technical knowledge and may be pointing them in the right direction with regard to which insurers can assist them.
Main factors for this role are:-
10 years commercial broking experience
Assisted or mentored staff before
Progression with CII exams
