Our Client is seeking a Graduate Trainee with the following qualifications:-
GCSE Mathematics grade 5 or B
GCSE English Language grade 5 or B
Five other GCSE’s grade 4 to 9 or C to A*
Two A-levels grade C to A* or equivalent qualification
2.1 degree or equivalent qualification, or forecast to achieve such a qualification.

The role once the successful applicant is trained up will include:-

This position is for a dedicated conscientious person, who is interested in:

1. Learning the skills to advise Chief Executives, Managing Directors and Finance Directors on how

to manage risk;

2. Providing solutions to help organisations deal with risk;

3. Designing robust value for money corporate insurance portfolios, so that in the event of a

disaster, clients have appropriate support and financial protection, enabling them to recover and

prosper;

4. Studying to obtain an Advanced Diploma in insurance (www.cii.co.uk), and being appointed an

Associate of the Chartered Insurance Institute (ACII).

The initial position available is as an Account Manager, which is an office based administrative

role. Principally, you will be responsible for servicing corporate clients, which includes but is

not limited to, taking instructions from clients, advising clients, negotiating insurance terms

with underwriters, thoroughly checking documents, processing amendments, handling claims and

producing and issuing documentation. The position will provide a platform for you to develop into a

reliable insurance practitioner, and learn the skills, which you will need as an Account Executive.

Subsequently, a Trainee Account Executive role will be offered to you, subject to:

1. The Account Manager role being performed to a good standard.

2. You being thorough, industrious, ethical and reliable.

3. You being appointed an Associate of the Chartered Insurance Institute (ACII).

4. You showing the skills and positive caring attitude required to succeed as an Account Executive in our business.
